FAMILY YOGA CLASSESFamily Yoga classes are offered the third Saturday of each month. A practice designed to heighten our connection! Working as partners and solo we will explore yogic breath, movement, posture, team work, communication, stress release, self awareness, growing and flowing! Please join Tammy and Lisa for an awesome practice where Thai Yoga, partner and Hatha yoga unify the connection of family! This offering is made complete with an organic snack at the end of class.
Cost $15 partner/$5 each additional

Infused with the elements, Heading OM is honored to be located at the Woodridge Professional Building on a five acre wooded bluff in West Peoria, Illinois. When you practice at Heading OM you enjoy natural light flowing from the east, south & west, a practice floor milled from reclaimed barn wood from Illinois native White, Red & Black Oak trees, homemade and earth friendly yoga props, geothermal heating & cooling, beautiful outdoor landscaping & indoor plants.
EASY COMMUNITY ACCESSHeading OM is located minutes away from Downtown Peoria, Interstate 74 & the Greater Peoria Regional Airport, in the Woodridge Professional Building at
2619 Heading Avenue in West Peoria. An abundance of onsite free parking is
available, Peoria Public transit stop is one block away from the studio & bike racks are to be installed
